Return Costs

Defective or Incorrect Products
If the item you received is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or defective, there will be no return cost to the customer.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)
If you ordered the wrong item, the product doesn’t fit your needs, or you simply no longer want it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

Refund
After approval, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Exchanges
